tedd1depression is debilitating. it also alters the mind. especially memory function and ability to focus. and if untreated it will permanently damage your brain. when i was in my 20s i had no memory problems, in fact my memory scored so high when i was in my 30s that the psychiatrist who tested me said that i was among the top 2% of the population who cleared the test with less than 3 errors.

now. not so good.

but then i have been chronically low to medium depressed all my life. needless to say it was worst in my teens and 20s. i am still depressed. now however i am on medication for it. the damage to my brain has been done, but hopefully it can be halted.
